Ideas to decorate a bedroom?

Chanda Wittwer: Well, before I answer this, I would have to know what your interests are. But, for now, here are some things to make your room your own! :)1. Paint your walls. Painting our walls a color you like or several different colors can really change a room and really show off your personality. It can also make your room seem bigger or smaller or darker or brighter.2. Re-Arrange or purchase new furniture. You can do this by rearranging your room with the furniture you have now or by buying new furniture. If you go to Ikea, they have some inexpensive furniture to spice up your room or you can go to garage sales and flea markets to buy cheap furniture and freshen them up with a new coat of paint.3. Consider a Loft or Bunk Bed if you have a small room. These can really save space if your sharing a room or not. For the loft bed, you have can put a couch and tv for a hangout space or a desk to maximize room in your bedroom.4. Get new bedding! Bedding, like paint, show o! ff who you are. Try looking at Target or Walmart or Ikea for cute bedding sets. They have lots of varieties of bedding so that you can choose the one you really like.5. Decorate, Decorate, Decorate! Decor can really spice up a room! Try paper laterns in cute colors to hang from the roof, or chandeliers to make your room a French Boutique, or a wall with posters of your favorite celebs or fashion inspirations! The possibilities are endless! At target, they have cute wall decor like metallic butterflies you can pin to your wall or wall stickers in cute designs. Antone Youla: Well it depends on you....if your SPORTY i would do something like a blue or gr! een color for the walls, and have a dresser with all the award! s or trophy's that you have on top. (its ok to brag sometimes)if your GIRLY i would recommend a pink purple or light blue colored walls with maybe a canopy over your bed and a white furry rug in the middle of the floor :)if you are really undecided i would go with an aqua color or a sunset orange and get some bed sheets to match that...Show more

Rashad Marecki: Have a look at DULUX or CROWN's home pages, they are really good for inspiration for colours in different rooms. But you have to decide your colours by how much light you have in your room and how light you want it to look.
