Ha Wolski: California fitness provides you both Pilates and Yoga classes. You have to pay around 700-900Bht extra per one hour plus the monthly fee that would cost you around 1500-2000Bht/month. With monthly fee, you can use all machines in the fitness club including sauna and steam room, you can also have mediatation, body jam, aerobics, body combat and more classes for free.Anyway I heard that smaller Fitness first and True fitness at Asoke are cheaper than California fitness.I think you can try it for free at any fitness club, then you can decide.Hope this can help!!...Show more
Bianca Lannier: There's a place called Hardbody Gym in Jomtien Beach near Pattaya.
Darcie Peraha: Hey There! I travelled in Thailand and I'm sure about the yoga and pilates but I never found it hard to find a gym. My suggestion is to be aware that most of the gyms I whent to were not as high tech as I have in Canada but they had the basics and really what mattered. I was backpacki! ng so I couldn't bring too much but I did bring fitness bands and did some no equipment pilates. All of the gyms I whent to also had many different ways to pay - weekly passes, monthly, daily or sets of tickets that you handed in when you whent that you purchase. The prices varied but I found were very very low. Since I changed gyms as I traveled hard to put exact amount but I'd say in 3 and half months I spent about 80-100 canadian dollars and whent 4-5x's a week for all but two weeks of travel. Also if looking for good work outs while there gyms are not all you can do. Hiking is amazing, swimming, jogs on the beach, morning streches, pilates or yoga on the beaches are so relaxing and all these are free!!!...Show more
