Always read the labels (:Stop drinking pop or any sugary drink, always opt for water or a nice cup of tea, coffee if you r! eaaally need to (remember to ease up on the sugar), haha~Also, you should be having a snack or a small meal every 3 hours to keep your metabolism churning.Step 2: Phsyical Activity:My schedule for exercise is I work out everyday (Except for Saturday and Sunday) and run 4k every second day.ALWAYS make sure to eat all the right foods after exercise, I take a protein shake to replace my lost muscle, build muscle, and get my energy back. I also include some carbs into it, a piece of bread, some rice, yams, etc. If you eat any bad foods after exercise, you might as well not have exercised at all.(Google search BodyRocktv. they have GREAT exercise routines and are really short (:Step 3: Commitment:Continue to exercise, keep a healthy diet, and I guarantee you will see and feel results in 3 weeks. Some studies have actually shown that drinking 16 ounces of diet pop a day for a year will lead to a weight gain of up to 15 pounds. Diet only means that the sugar in the drink has been altered in a lab to be labeled "calorie free" when we really don't always know what our body does with the chemical. Aspartame metabolizes into formaldehyde in the liver; hurray to making embalming fluid in our bodies!
