Shaquita Wernicki: Yea. i feel your pain hon. entertaining young babies is one of the toughest things to do. because when they are so young they can't do much but just sit there. i much prefer toddlers, like my daughter is now 20 months old, and she is more independent and can play a lot on her own. and i just watch her play. i like this stage. i have a 4 month old son. so i have to hold him a lot, and always find something to do with him to keep him entertained and happy. i can't wait until he gets a little older, starts sitting up on his own, at least then he will start being able to play with his toys on the floor. but right now. i pretty much just hold him a lot, and watch tv with him. or put him in his bouncy, and let him look at the tv. or sometimes i jump around and dance in front of him to make his smile. i also put him on his play mat on the floor for tummy time, and then he rolls over, and swats at his toys a little. i recently, got him a walker, where i put him! in that with a couple toys and he enjoys that. and i also just bought one of those jumpy jump things, where you put baby in them, and they can jump up and down in it. its really cool. you will get through this baby stage. i know its hard. but once baby gets a little older 6 months plus, things start getting a lot better and easier.good luck....Show more

Preferences! ? Lady Gaga, Beyonce and anything with a great beat. My baby (now 6 months) hates to lay around on his back so he's spent most of his life in my, or grandma's, arms. Your baby is young, don't worry about switching it up too much. They actually like routine and it brings them comfort.
