Alexandria Popik: Nothing is "accidentally vegan" it either is or isn't. Those foods people consider "accidentally vegan" might be animal free but usually come from companies that test on animals or make most of their money on exploiting animals or the environment or humyns."The word 'veganism' denotes a philosophy and way of living which seeks to end the idea of animals as property and exclude all forms of intentional exploitation of, use of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, research or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, including people and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals."Sure animal free stuff is sometimes handy but usually isn't very healthy for you and bad for the env! ironment, other people and animals, too a lesser extent obviously. Plus the list of those items is huge because the U.S. especially loves junk food.If you want good vegan "junk food" I would check out these as they are all vegan (or mostly vegan Sjaaks isn't all vegan):http://www.vegantreats.com/ (doughnuts and cheesecake and peanut butter bombs and heaven : )http://www.gomaxgofoods.com/http://sjaaks.com/categories/show/24http://www.rightfoods.com/scripts/display_category...http://www.gardein.com/http://www.welovesoy.com/http://www.sweetandsara.com/http://www.turtlemountain.com/http://www.daiyafoods.comhttp://www.tofurky.com/ (they now have frozen vegan pizza with Daiya yumm)There is other actual vegan junk food out there but this is some of the best...Show more

Keven Woodington: This is where I got the list when I used it, about 5 years agohttp://www.peta.org/living/vegetarian-living/accid...Just a heads up, some of the foods on this list will vary on their veganness! from region to region (i.e. Oreos are vegan & dairy free in t! he midwest where I'm from, but are not always in the rural west, if that makes sense)Happy vegging!!!...Show more
