Ardath Templer: Nope. You would have to be listed as an authorized driver on the rental contract, and you aren't old enough. It isn't your dad's car, he can't just let you drive it.
Manual Burtis: All of the major rental companies don't permit anyone under 21 to drive no matter who rents it (except in a couple of states or if you're on military leave). Some won't allow under 25s. Your best chance is to begin calling smaller local companies.
Dale Mccoun: No. You also cannot drive the car with him being with you. The age restriction applies to all drivers, not just the renter. Also, even if you met the age restriction, if he rented it with only his name, you would not be allowed to drive it. The names of everyone who is going to drive it has to be listed when you rent it. No one whose name is not on the rental car contract is allowed to drive the rental car, at any age.
