Ismael Sixon: Its not a joke its a Meme actually, the meaning is that it's just a play on words that uses an old school "emoticon" as the punch line. ://a.k.a. the bored face, which is also known as r.b.f. So in other words, http has no real use in the joke other than as a symbol for the guy being generally boring. As opposed the actual meaning "HyperText Transfer Protocol secure" in which the context of what "://" could mean is variably the definition of infinity, because it's essentially awaiting the destination which has yet to be typed....Show more
